Bishop Cisneros was born in Cuba, on July 19, 1945. He obtained an Associate Arts Degree from St. Lawrence Minor Seminary, Mount Calvary, Wisconsin and a Bachelor's Degree in 1967 at Niagara University in New York, and a Masters in Divinity from the Immaculate Conception Seminary in Huntington. On May 29, 1971, The Most Reverend Francis J. Mugavero, Bishop of Brooklyn, ordained him to the priesthood of Jesus Christ.

His priestly ministry was first exercised at St Michael's Church in the Sunset Park section of Brooklyn, where he stayed for eight years, until he became the Diocesan Coordinator for the Office of the Hispanic Apostolate. In 1987, he became the Pastor of Our Lady of Sorrows in Corona until 1991, when The Most Reverend Thomas V. Daily, Bishop of Brooklyn, asked him to serve as Episcopal Vicar of Brooklyn East, a position he held until 1997, when the Bishop asked him to become Rector of Cathedral Seminary Residence.

Joseph V. Clabby began his career in 1969 as New York City police officer working organized crime cases as an undercover officer. In 1972, Mr. Clabby achieved the rank of Detective and was assigned to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. He became the DA's leading "White Collar Crime Expert" specializing in high profile corporate crime and began lecturing at banks and financial institutions on topics such as apprehension, protection and the effects of economic crime and financial fraud schemes on business and the economy.

Susan began her career with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PA) in January 1987 after working for the Bendix Corp., Merrill Lynch and PolyGram Records Inc. She began her PA career in the World Trade Department but in 1988 accepted a position in the Aviation Department at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).

Susan began working with the airline community through the leasing of terminal and cargo space for airlines such as TWA, Tower, British and United. She was also responsible for negotiating the lease for the Air Traffic Control Tower and the Allied Fueling agreement at JFK.
